Rachel Curnock

 QUALIFIED COACH AND MENTOR AT THE COACHING STUDIO

Rachel is a registered and accredited coach and mentor with the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council). She is trained as a Coaching Professional with a Diploma (distinction) in Coaching. Rachel has completed an apprenticeship in coaching and mentoring and has over 300 hours of coaching experience. Rachel also has an MBA (Masters in Business Administration). 

Rachel started in the private sector as a project manager at Experian and then completed her MBA at the University of Manchester. From here she worked at EY as a management consultant across several industries, and then transitioned to a director role in a start-up company. Her personal experience led her to want a career that has meaning and so moved into working at Barnardo's charity and then for the NHS. She now works as a Head of Portfolio within the NHS whilst also coaching and mentoring clients. 

Rachel has worked with a variety of individuals from different cultures, backgrounds and areas of expertise. She has coached clients at different stages of their careers from students, early in career, middle level and senior managers, and CEOs. She adapts her coaching approach and style based on the client needs.
